He faces San Jose, who has yet to win this season through their first five games due to their league-worst 1.6 GF per game and 5.3% powerplay.

Connor Ingram will make his Arizona debut Thursday as the Coyotes head to Montreal to take on the Canadiens. Ingram was claimed off waivers from Nashville prior to the regular season after finishing 2021-22 with an .879 SV% across only three starts.He will hope the Coyotes can produce more pucks on the net as their 23.7 SOG/GP currently ranks them 30th in the NHL. The Canadiens will be looking for their third win of the season after topping Pittsburgh 3-2 on Monday night.

Coghlan was a late addition to the lineup in Carolina's previous game after Calvin de Haan was announced out due to injury. Coghlan collected 2 PIM across 14:59 TOI in his debut. He will head back to the player's press box Thursday.

Garland was a surprise healthy scratch on Tuesday but is expected to be back in the lineup on Thursday. Garland will replace Nils Hoglander.

His Flames will host the 2-1-0 Buffalo Sabres who are coming off a 4-2 victory over Edmonton on Thursday.

Sanford suited up for two straight games but will be scratched in favour of Kiefer Sherwood on Thursday. Sanford has yet to record a point while playing just 8:54 ATOI in two games this season.

Sherwood was a healthy scratch for the last two games but he will replace Zach Sanford in the lineup on Thursday. Sherwood has one goal and one assist in three games this season.

Lauzon played in the last two games, but he will be replaced by Mark Borowiecki in the lineup in Columbus. Lauzon has a minus-1 rating and six PIMS in three games this season.

Borowiecki has been scratched for each of the last two games due to illness, but he will replace Jeremy Lauzon in the lineup on Thursday. Borowiecki has a plus-1 rating, one shot and five PIMS in two games this season.
