With Logan Couture and Lane Pederson out, Weatherby will be back in the lineup in Detroit. Weatherby has scored two goals with four assists (six points) in 29 NHL games this season.

Reedy leads the Barracuda in goals (14) and points (23) in 23 AHL games this season. This will be Reedy's third career NHL game.

Benn was the last player to come out of COVID-19 protocol and puts the Stars back at full health. Benn was skating with Tyler Seguin and Denis Gurianov in Tuesday's practice and is expected to play Thursday.

Tatar has missed the last three games while in COVID-19 protocol but will play Tuesday in Boston. Tatar will likely replace Jesper Boqvist in the lineup and skate on a line with Nico Hischier.

Jaros was recently activated from COVID-19 protocol and will play for the first time since December 11th. Jaros will replace Dougie Hamilton, who is out with a head/face injury after taking a puck to the face on Sunday.

Hamilton was hit in the face by a puck on Sunday and remained in New Jersey to be evaluated, so he will not play Tuesday. Christian Jaros will draw into the lineup to replace Hamilton.


Slavin, who has one assist in 10 games with the Blackhawks this season, will be replaced by Mackenzie Entwistle on the active roster.

Entwistle and Josiah Slavin have swapped places, so expect Entwistle to draw into the lineup on Tuesday. The 22-year-old has three goals and two assists (five points) in 16 games with Chicago this season.

Pederson will not be available for Tuesday's game in Detroit and will likely miss all three games this week. In addition to Pederson, Logan Couture was also placed on the COVID-19 protocol list.

DeBrusk will not be available for Tuesday's game vs. the Devils after being placed on the COVID-19 protocol list. Oskar Steen is expected to move up to the third line with DeBrusk sidelined.



O'Connor is the latest Pittsburgh Penguin to test positive for COVID-19 and will likely miss all three games this week. Brian Boyle (personal) should replace him in the lineup on Wednesday.

Fehervary missed the last three games while in COVID-19 protocol but was on the ice for Tuesday's practice and should play Friday in St. Louis.
