Markstrom will start against the Panthers on Tuesday.

The Devils will turn to Markstrom for the 33rd time this season when they host the Panthers on Tuesday. Markstrom was excellent his last time out, stopping 23 of the 25 shots he faced in a 3-2 overtime victory over the Lightning. The 15-year-veteran is thriving in his first year in New Jersey, posting a 21-8-3 record and a .911 SV% on the season. Markstrom and the Devils enter action on Tuesday at -160 on the money line.

Callahan will make his NHL debut in Tuesday's game against the Lightning.

Callahan will draw in for Jordan Oesterle, who is a healthy scratch. Callahan was a fifth-round pick of the Coyotes in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and has spent the last four seasons in the Bruins organization. He has one goal and five assists in 35 AHL games this season.

Finley will fill in for Brayden point, who is being held out for disciplinary reasons after missing a team meeting. Finley was a second-round pick, 57th overall, of Tampa Bay in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. He has six points (2G / 4A) in 10 games with the Syracuse Crunch (AHL).

Woll will start against the Stars on Tuesday.

The Maple Leafs have been outscored 9-3 in their previous two games (0-2-0) and will turn to Woll between the pipes on Tuesday against the Dallas Stars. Woll struggled in his most recent outing, allowing five goals on 33 shots (.848 SV%) in a 6-3 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. The 26-year-old netminder has a 2.58 GAA and .912 SV% in 21 games this season (14-7-0). The Maple Leafs enter Tuesday's contest as +109 home underdogs against a Stars squad whose seven-game winning streak snapped in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators.

The struggling Kraken, losers of five of their last six, will turn to Daccord between the pipes on Tuesday against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Daccord was excellent in his previous start, saving 33 of 35 shots (.943 SV%) in a 6-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres. The 28-year-old netminder has been reliable most of the season for Seattle, posting a 2.49 GAA and .912 SV% in 26 outings (13-9-2). Seattle enters Tuesday's contest as +122 road underdogs against a Pittsburgh team amid a two-game losing skid.

Malkin (upper-body) will play against the Kraken on Tuesday.

Malkin has missed the previous three games due to an upper-body injury but will draw back into the lineup on Tuesday against the Seattle Kraken. Malkin is averaging 18:35 time-on-ice, recording 71 shots and 32 points (8G / 24A) in 41 games this season.

Point was a surprise scratch on Tuesday, with the team not announcing his absence prior to warmups. Considering he is being held out for disciplinary reasons, Point will likely draw back into the Lightning lineup for their game against the Ducks on Thursday.

Vasilevskiy will make his 33rd start of the season when the Lightning travel to Boston to take on the Bruins on Tuesday. Vasilevskiy took the overtime loss his last time out, allowing three goals on 26 shots in a 3-2 defeat at the hands of the Devils. The former Vezina trophy winner owns an 18-12-2 record and a .914 SV% on the season. The Lightning enter action on Tuesday as slight favourites at -140 on the money line.

Fedotov will start vs. Columbus on Tuesday.

On the tail end of a back-to-back, the Flyers will turn to Fedotov between the pipes on Tuesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 28-year-old Fedotov allowed three goals on 17 shots (.824 SV%) in his most recent outing, a 3-2 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs. He has a 3.40 GAA and .874 SV% in 12 appearances this season (4-5-2). The Flyers enter Tuesday's contest as -112 road favorites against a Blue Jackets club they defeated 5-4 on December 21st.

Thompson has undoubtedly been the Capitals' best goalie, and despite being in a timeshare with Charlie Lindgren most of the season, he will start for the fourth straight game on Tuesday. The 27-year-old Thompson was tremendous in his most recent outing, saving 32 of 33 shots (.970 SV%) in a 4-1 win over the Nashville Predators. He has an impressive 2.32 GAA and .919 SV% in 23 games this season (18-2-3). The Capitals enter Tuesday's contest as significant -255 home favorites against an Anaheim Ducks squad coming off an impressive 3-2 win over the Carolina Hurricanes.

Eichel (illness) will be a game-time decision in Nashville on Tuesday.

Eichel did not play on Sunday due to an illness but could draw back into the lineup on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators. The 28-year-old Eichel is pacing for the best offensive output of his career, with 54 points (11G / 43A) in 42 games this season. His career-high is 82 points (28G / 54A) in 77 games with the Buffalo Sabres in 2018-19.

Groulx was the 54th overall pick of the Anaheim Ducks in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. The 24-year-old has 29 points (11G / 18A) in 32 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL) this season. He played a career-high 45 games with the Ducks last season but has not played at the NHL level yet this season.

Goncalves cleared waivers on Tuesday and has been assigned to Syracuse (AHL).

Goncalves has spent most of the 2024-25 season with Tampa Bay, scoring two points (1G / 1A) in 26 games. The 62nd overall pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft returns to the Syracuse Crunch (AHL), where he has 58 points (13G / 45A) in 69 games last season.

Newhook (illness) will play in Utah on Tuesday after originally being a game-time decision.

After an impressive first season with Montreal in 2023-24, scoring 34 points (15G / 19A) in 55 games, Newhook has only scored nine points (7G / 2A) in 42 games this season. Newhook is expected to play on Montreal's second line with Patrik Laine and Kirby Dach.
