Price (lower-body) is taking a couple days off; insists he will be back “soon.”

Price said today that he hurt himself in warmups in Minnesota on November 2nd and said he felt fine during the game but was hurting when he work up the next day. Price added that he would play tonight if it were a playoff game, which is a huge positive for Canadiens fans. Don’t expect to see him this week but it sounds like he should be back next week.

Dubnyk will start Tuesday vs. the Flyers.

Dubnyk stopped all 32 shots that he faced in the Wild’s shutout win in Philadelphia on Saturday. After a tough start in Toronto last Wednesday, Dubnyk has posted back-to-back shutouts, stopping all 73 shots that he’s faced in Montreal and Philadelphia. Tonight the Flyers will take another shot at him in Minnesota, but it looks like the old Dubnyk may be back.

Murray is expected to start Tuesday vs. the Sabres.

The Maple Leafs have sent Frederik Gauthier to Toronto (AHL).

Nikita Soshnikov had to be recalled by today according to a clause in his contract so Gauthier is the victim of a numbers game and returns to the Marlies having not appeared in an NHL game during his call-up—he has two assists in eight games with the Marlies.

The Maple Leafs have recalled Nikita Soshnikov from Toronto (AHL).

Subban (lower-body) will travel on the Golden Knights upcoming road-trip.
