Letang has missed the last four games and is expected to miss at least a few more games. Head coach Mike Sullivan said that he is more than “day-to-day” but the team hopes that he won’t miss an extended period of time.

Miller gave up three goals on 32 shots in the Canucks loss in San Jose on Thursday. Miller has lost four straight games while allowing at least three goals in each start and posting an .886 SV%. It hasn’t been easy for Miller to pick up wins this season and won’t be easy tonight in LA. He stopped 36 of 37 in a 2-1 win in his only start against the Kings.

Talbot will start Saturday vs. the Red Wings.
Talbot allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Oilers’ win in St. Louis on Tuesday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing skid for Talbot, who will face a Red Wings team that comes in on a tail-end of a back-to-back. The 29-year-old has gone 15-10-2 with a 2.54 GAA and .914 SV% on home ice this season.

Bishop was the first goalie off of the ice at the morning skate.
Bishop allowed two goals on 30 shots in the Kings’ overtime loss in Calgary in his Los Angeles debut on Tuesday. Jonathan Quick started on Thursday, but it looks like Bishop will get the Canucks tonight in his first start vs. the home crowd. He was pulled in his only start vs. Vancouver when he was with Tampa Bay.
Pominville (mumps) expects to be in the Wild lineup on Sunday.
Pominville missed the last three games with mumps, but took part in practice on Saturday and said he expected to play vs. the Sharks on Sunday. Pominville skated on the fourth line and top power play unit and has registered 12 points (2G / 10A) in his last nine games.
Parise (mumps) expects to be in the Wild lineup on Sunday.
Parise missed the last three games with mumps, but took part in practice on Saturday and said he fully intends on playing vs. the Sharks on Sunday. Parise skated on the top line with Eric Staal and Chris Stewart and enters play with 28 points (14G / 14A) in 50 games this season.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
