After spending the first five seasons of his career with the Edmonton Oilers, Puljuarvi has played on three different teams over the course of the last three seasons. He has 126 points (57G / 69A) in 377 career games.

The 29-year-old netminder has a 2.81 GAA and .903 SV% in 29 games this season (8-15-6). The Predators enter Monday's contest as +105 road underdogs against a Jets club leading the NHL with 26 wins.

Gostisbehere only played 15:51 time-on-ice in Friday's 4-2 loss to the New Jersey Devils, and did not play on Saturday due to an upper-body injury. The 31-year-old defenseman had played every game for the Hurricanes, tallying 27 points (6G / 21A) in 35 contests. Ty Smith is slated to replaced Gostisbehere on Carolina's top powerplay unit.

Shayne Gostisbehere
Hellebuyck was in the starter's crease at Winnipeg's morning skate.

Hellebuyck has won five straight and will likely return to the crease on Monday against the Nashville Predators. The 31-year-old Hellebuyck has been sensational all season, a leading candidate for the Vezina trophy. He has posted an incredible 2.06 GAA and .928 SV% in 29 games (23-5-1) and has only allowed nine goals in his last five games (5-0-0), posting a tremendous .937 SV%. The Jets enter Monday's contest as -117 home favorites against a Predators club that defeated them 4-1 on November 23rd.

Connor Hellebuyck
Matthews (upper-body) practiced shortly on Monday and will remain out on Tuesday vs. New York.

Matthews practiced as an extra forward on Monday but will miss a fifth consecutive game on Tuesday. The 27-year-old Matthews has had an injury-riddled 2024-25 campaign and is pacing for his lowest offensive output since his rookie season, with 23 points (11G / 22A) in 24 games.

Auston Matthews
Hildeby has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Matt Murray was sent down to the Marlies (AHL), swapping places with Hildeby, who will return to backup duties behind Joseph Woll for the Maple Leafs. The 23-year-old Hildeby has a solid 2.42 GAA and .916 SV% in eight games with the Marlies (4-2-2) but has not seen that success transfer to the NHL level, where he has a 3.68 GAA and .875 SV% in three games (2-1-0).

In his first NHL action in nearly two years, the 30-year-old Murray posted a 3.54 GAA and .879 SV% in two games with the Maple Leafs (1-1-0). Before being recalled earlier this month, Murray had been impressive in limited AHL action this season, posting a 1.85 GAA and .931 SV% in eight games (4-1-2). The Maple Leafs recalled Dennis Hildeby from the Marlies (AHL) in a corresponding move.

Matt Murray
