Rinne allowed five goals on 32 shots in the Predators loss in Dallas on Thursday. Rinne hopes that January is better than December, when he went 5-6-2 with a 2.64 GAA and .902 SV%. Rinne has gone winless in his last eight starts on the road (0-6-2) while posting a 3.51 GAA and .874 SV%. He will start in Carolina, looking for his first road win since November 5th.

Quick allowed one goal on 24 shots in the Kings win over the Flames on Thursday. The victory extended Quick’s winning streak to four games; he’s posted a 1.50 GAA and .951 SV% over that span. Through the first three months of the season, Quick ranks second in the NHL in Wins (21), 11th in GAA (2.16) and 15th in SV% (.922). He has been rock solid and is a must-start today vs. Philly.

Niemi has been excellent on home ice, but on the road he is 5-4-3 with a 2.48 GAA and .915 SV%. He faces a Devils team that has won three of four.
Domingue allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Coyotes win over the Jets on Thursday. The win snapped a brief two-game losing streak for Domingue who has gone 3-2-1 with a2.53 GAA and .922 SV% since being recalled. Domingue has out played Anders Lindback and will start again today and draws a strong matchup against an Oilers team that has lost seven of their last eight.
