Rask allowed one goal on 23 shots in the Bruins’ win over the Red Wings on Saturday. Rask has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.65 GAA and .906 SV% in November but it will take some time for his numbers to start to look like the Rask numbers we are used to seeing. Tonight he faces a Sharks team that has won each of it’s first two games to start their road trip.

Tuukka Rask
Nilsson will start Wednesday vs. the Blackhawks.

Nilsson allowed four goals on 21 shots in the Oilers’ 4-1 loss in Arizona last Thursday. Nilsson has alternated wins and losses in his last four outings, posting a 2.75 GAA and .903 SV%. Both he and Cam Talbot are struggling big time right now, but with Talbot losing on Saturday, they’ll give Nilsson another shot tonight vs. Chicago.

Anders Nilsson
The Red Wings have assigned Tomas Jurco to Grand Rapids (AHL) for conditioning.

Jurco has been a healthy scratch since October 31st and has only appeared in four games this season. He has had a tough time cracking the Red Wings’ lineup so he will head to Grand Rapids for a maximum of two weeks.

Tomas Jurco
