The Capitals tied for 9th in scoring (2.83 G/PG) so there should be better spot-start options out there on this busy Thursday.

Tonight, it looks like he will start vs. on of his former teams. The Stars are really struggling right now, but there are better options than Smith on a busy Thursday.
