The Blues plan to give Halak the majority of the starts going forward, instead of splitting time. It would be a good time to pick him up if he is available.
Luongo stopped 21 of 23 shots in a 6-2 win over the Oilers on Saturday. He has a 3.00 GAA and .897 SV% on the young season. He will face Cory Schneider who makes his return to Vancouver.
After missing practice yesterday with an upper-body injury, OEL will be on the Coyotes blueline tonight. He has a goal, an assist and plus-two rating while averaging 22:33 TOI in the first two games.
Consider Sodergberg questionable for Thursday's game against the Avalanche.
If all goes well he should be able to suit up in the Jackets matchup with Boston on Saturday.
