Daily Fantasy Hockey Notebook (11/28)

Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.

The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, prominent line changes, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.

While this is obviously more geared towards daily fantasy hockey, it can be just as useful for season-long players as well. Injuries are obviously key, but important line changes could be viewed as as potential waiver wire pickups and the goalie rankings can help you make the tough starting goalie decisions you face on large slates.

Key Injuries

– Martin Jones is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury; won’t be available on Tuesday.

– Alexander Wennberg (upper-body) is expected to return to the Blue Jackets lineup.

– Ryan McDonagh (abdomen) will not play Tuesday; hoping to return on Friday.

– Kris Versteeg (lower-body) will not play on Tuesday.

– Melker Karlsson (upper-body) is expected to return to the Sharks lineup.

– Trevor Daley (upper-body) will not return on Tuesday.

  1. – Martin Frk (ankle) will not return on Tuesday.

– Zach Bogosian (lower-body) is still not ready to make his season debut.

– Casey Cizikas is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury; won’t play Tuesday.

– J.T. Brown (illness) will be a game-time decision.

– Will Carrier (upper-body) will not play on Tuesday.

– Andy Andreoff (upper-body) did not travel with the Kings to Detroit.
